Program Information
Program Fee:
$5,950 per person based on a double-occupancy room. Add $1,495 for a single occupancy room.
Program Includes:
- Accommodations in five-star hotels including breakfast daily, hotel taxes
- Bottled water at meals and on the coach
- Meals as listed in the itinerary
- Wine, beer or non-alcoholic beverages with included lunches and dinners
- Gratuities to tour manager, local guides, drivers and porters
- Entrance fees to all sites listed in itinerary
- Group arrival and departure transfers (if arriving/departing via the suggested itinerary on the tour start/end dates)
- Most meals (as listed on your itinerary) including bottled water.
- Land transportation including flight Kiev-Moscow and deluxe overnight sleeper train Moscow-St. Petersburg
- Professionally guided walking and driving tours per itinerary
- Special features throughout the program, such as welcome reception, farewell dinner, private concert in the Kremlin
- Educational briefings/lectures and technical visits
- Bi-lingual MIR Tour Manager
- Baggage handling
Not Included:
- Roundtrip airfare to/from your home city.
- Meals/beverages not specified in the itinerary.
- Passport and visa fees.
- Individual transfers; any deviations from the scheduled tour.
- Excess baggage charges, medical expenses.
- Travel insurance (highly recommended). Information on how you can obtain an affordable and comprehensive travel insurance is available upon request. This travel insurance protects you also against cancellation fees.
- Any other items of a personal nature.
Reservations and Deposits:
A $500 per person non-refundable deposit is required to secure a place on the trip. Final payment is due 45 days before departure. Additional payment for air tickets may be required at an earlier date according to airline booking conditions. Please note deposits are payable by check or credit card, final payment is only by check payment. Please make checks
payable to MIR Corporation.
