Our partners in the field are a dynamic bunch of devoted and creative professionals who work closely with the Seattle staff to ensure that every part of your trip unfolds like clockwork. Our Tashkent team of Mikhail Gerasimov, Dmitry Kim and Andrey Bayev manages Central Asian Operations. MIR is the first North American travel company to establish an accredited office in Uzbekistan and our long-standing connections in the region, along with our staff's commitment to quality control, show in every tour we run there.

The energetic Siberian Operations team of Vladimir Kvashnin, Oksana Sokolova, Nadya Trunova, Natasha Suzdalnitskaya, Ksyusha Suranova, Olga Monastirshina and Alexander Beketov covers Irkutsk, Ulan Ude and Baikal. They range as far afield as Tuva, Severobaikalsk and the distant Yakutia. The Siberian staff is our frontline connection with the diverse and welcoming peoples of this region, and a group that loves to share the special Siberian hospitality with guests.

Ukraine and Western Russia Operations are managed by Luba Rudenko, Katya Boyarskaya and John Seckel who are assisted by Janna Khaimovskaya, Elena Skidan, Lena Sukhova, Tatyana Voevodina, Genia Shevchenko, Elena Kostsova and Alyona Gorodetskaya. We rely extensively on this group of travel veterans and top-notch guides to ensure smooth operations, attention to detail, and unparalleled response time to any surprises that arise.
