Journey Through Central Asia: Photo check-in from the Fergana Valley
One of MIR’s ace tour managers, Michel Behar, set out last week with a group of 16 travelers on their way to explore the five ‘Stan countries of Central Asia – Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan – on our Journey Through Central Asia: The Five ‘Stans.
He and his group recently toured the Fergana Valley, the most fertile part of Central Asia, divided up among Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan by the Soviets.
From the look of these photos, the group has been making friends along the way.
