“Most Exciting Ideas” for Travel in 2015
Curious Animal, an online magazine about “Adventure Travel, Photography, Music, Books, Big Issues and Ideas from around the world,” has compiled a list of new and fascinating things to do in 2015, and MIR is on it.
“From snow-holing to speed-flying, timber rafting to yoga, cosmonaut training to Moroccan cooking, we round up some of the most exciting ideas for new things to try in the year ahead.”
MIR’s small group tour, Inside the Russian Space Program, sends you to Russia’s space launch facility in Kazakhstan, and gives you the opportunity to train like a real cosmonaut in Moscow.
The tour received National Geographic Traveler’s “Tours of a Lifetime” Award in 2012.
